Need home appraiser and inspector

Looks like I may have the opprtunity to buy the place we are renting, and I want to have my ducks in a row....
Anybody here do that kind of stuff or know somebody that is good and reasonable priced??

Not sure if this helps, but these are the people we used to sell my house in Utah to the USPS....

All 3 of these had no idea about the others appraisal, but yet they all came in within $5k of each other. 2 of them came in at the same amount.

Your Bank/Credit Union will have a list a good appraisers that they have worked with in the past. Ask them for a preferred list.
