Hey guys! I'm new to RME but I've read a few of your threads and you guys seem like you know what's what.

I'm shopping parts to put DANA 60's in my '01 TJ and I've come across a high-pinion DANA 60 with driver side diff which I assume is from a Ford truck or van, maybe '95-'97. It has ball joint type steering knuckles and I'm trying to find anyone who machines these knuckles for high-steer, or someone who sells knuckles already modified for high steer. I used to have a CJ-7 with a 60 out a '79 Dodge truck and it had kingpin style knuckles. I had high steer arms made for it and now everyone makes them but I haven't been able to find high steer stuff for the ball-joint 60 (other than the stuff Tera makes for their Tera 50R). Any ideas? Thanks!

There really isn't enough flat room on that knuckle to machine it for a bolt-on high steer arm. Depending on your fab skills you can build a weld-on one, otherwise you're probably better off finding a kingpin one. (assuming you can't use full hydraulic steering on whatever your project is, and just leave the tie rod where it is)
