Need some cage and tube welding done

I have a "roll cage" that I picked up for my jeep. Guy said it is made out of mild steel, this will come Back later. It looks like a standard roll bar off a yj but has the front hoop behind windshield and the pillars all done for the front. I need a back hoop added and the upper tubes tied in. Pretty much I need to protect the backseat too since the kids like to ride too. If it wouldn't cost too much extra I would like for someone to bend me up a radiator hoop too while we are at it. I have the front bumper I want designed just can't build it right now. If anyone has experience with this and can help me out please let me know. Like I said I am not sure what the cage is made out of so if you can inspect it too it would be a help.

Hey I have been out of the loop for a long time, Baby was born and some crazy things at work started kicking off. Skippy could I throw what I have in the truck and come see you one weekend? Just to see if what I have can do what I want and such? I'm down for anyones help and really wanting to get back into this project, I'm just sort of stuck is all.
