Cliff notes:

80 year old Mother-in-law being bled dry by live-in daughter and her husband.

Daughter is 40,unemployed by choice for 10years. Lives off her mom and her social security and deceased dad's pension.

Has "borrowed" $16000 from mom to keep 2 cars out of repossession.

Has recently revealed she is selling mom's furniture and other possessions on Internet.

Somehow got a debit card in mom's name. Multiple thousands bled off there.

Doesn't pay any rent, or help with any other bills.

Mom fell and broke her hip last week.

I need help finding any online selling activity by this daughter. This all came out last week in the hospital. This daughter and her dirt bag husband have lived with mom for more than a decade, rent free under the guys of helping mom. Mom is 4'-7" 80 years old, and just broke a hip. She's the sweetest lady I know.

I'm no web ninja, I just want to say I hope you can nail her to the wall. Isn't there anybody else to put their foot down?
 
I'm not sure the ads by Jen are affiliated. I don't recognize the name or address. I will pass the info along though. Lonnie and Darrell Beck are the main suspects. I need to see if we can pull Mom's credit and see what is there.

The oldest brother is coming down from Idaho. He would be the executor of the estate if mom passes. He has access to mom's account, but is far from tech savy. He is very pissed. Once he arrives, we are gonna have a family come to Jesus meeting.

I would love to involve the police, and have these two charged with Elderly Abuse. It's not my call though, but I will do my best to keep the ammo banks full. A few other family members knew some of what was going on and haven't called them out. They have some blame.

If she doesn't have permission to have the debit card thats fraud. If she's neglecting your mother in law thats elder abuse which is a felony.

(e) "Deception" means:

(i) a misrepresentation or concealment:

(A) of a material fact relating to services rendered, disposition of property, or use of property intended to benefit a vulnerable adult;

(B) of the terms of a contract or agreement entered into with a vulnerable adult; or

(C) relating to the existing or preexisting condition of any property involved in a contract or agreement entered into with a vulnerable adult; or

(ii) the use or employment of any misrepresentation, false pretense, or false promise in order to induce, encourage, or solicit a vulnerable adult to enter into a contract or agreement.
