After a short seasoning session (my stomach was starting to eat my spine), we broke our new grill in. 3 top sirloins (2 more under the one in the pic), 4 burgers, and one dog for the 3y/o nephew.

Grilled meat is now on the menu. It's aaaawwwwnn.. Got a great deal at Home Depot, after returning the lemon we got at Lowes.

What took you so long? I spent half the winter on the back porch in carharts grillin.

I have developed an allergy to meat not cooked on a grill or in a smoker. My recent favorites have been some thick grilled cajun pork chops, or hamburgers with buffalo wind sauce mixed in the ground beef. Nice little kick.

BTW, where's the pic's of the grill?

finally got the cash to spend.. That's what took so long.

I love grilling.. I'll have to try the wing sauce in the ground beef..

Eh, i'll grab a pic of the grill later maybe.. It looks like any other grill.. 4 burners, side burner yada yada... grilled awesome though.. perfect even heat, and seemed very efficient. I cooked the steaks on pretty much low heat, burgers on med, and dog on the top rack.. they all got done at the same time..

I never fully understand these people that claim it's "grilling season". IMO, that's twelve months of the year. :D
