How's it going everyone. I'm new to the forum figured I would introduce myself. Names mike I'm 23 and fairly new to utah. I grew up in Florida so always had a thing for big trucks lol. Recently sold my 8th Chevy with about a 10 " lift for a xj ( no point in the big truck and 350 not much mud here ). This is my 2nd jeep first one I did some light wheeling with but didn't get too serious in it and my new one is built up pretty good so I been stepping more into the scene. I don't really know my way around utah too great and found this forum off Google so figured I would check it out maybe I can tag along on some trips with you guys and learn the area. I can hold my own I'm not asking for anyone to hold my hand lol worst case scenario I got a winch haha :). Look forward to hitting some trails with you guys...I'll post some pics of my jeep tomorrow.

Welcome to Utah! The XJ is a great platform for exploring Utah, I've been doing it for 30 years and I'm on my 3rd XJ. There's lots of great, knowledgable folk here on RME, plus for XJ-specific Tech and such, as well a local trail runs, you should check out the North American XJ Association www.NAXJA.org and specifically the Intermountain Chapter. Many of the Utah XJers are NAXJA members and hold monthly trail runs and combined events with RME, U4WDA, USA-ALL and other related groups regarding land use and trail access.

Most of us NAXJA members frequent RME on a regular basis, as both sites are great resources.
