New job, new house, new year!

Well after years of searching it finally happened. I bought a house and I found a new job. Right at the same time--which is admittedly stressful.

Closed on the house yesterday. 1614 W. Eisenhower Way. Ya, it's kinda ghetto but the house is new and it has a nice garage and for a single guy it'll be just about right (more house = more cleaning). Lots of opportunity for me to be a hermit and build/fix/landscape stuff.

The new job is at Dumac. (www.dumac.net) in sales and project management. Ought to be a nice change from what I'm doing now and the owners are being great about my transition from my current job and my training/development into this one. I'm really excited about it. Finally can make some money and now have a place to con people into tinkering away at a buggy for me

Anyways, the new year is bringing lots of opportunities for me. I hope you all have the same!
