new removable mudflaps

I have some pull pin removable mudflaps I bought a few weeks ago for my sidekick to pass emissions this month but they wont work and I need to fab something onto my bumper.

Man, nice price. I might jump on that for my truck. I need to get something for my Tacoma as it is up for registration this month and I am missing one flap on mine.

Not sure if these would be able to adapt to work for a 2000 Tacoma however.
