new tires wanted in the 38 variety

where do you guys tire shop for reasonable deals? i've been searching for 2 hrs and its kinda frustrating. when 4wheel parts has the best deal i can find then i know something is wrong.

My poor tired 4banger prolly can't push anything bigger than 38... good year makes the MTR kevlar in that size. is it a good rock tire? would like something as strong as my maxxis kreepy krawlers. i've never had a flat with them even after peeling 1/2 of the sidewall off of one of them.

or wish one of you would sell your comp stickies 37 or 38x12.5x17

Best prices I've found are Discount tire. I got my 42" pitbull rockers @ $450/tire, regularly like $520-560

I don't need rims as i have beadlocks. updated the size at the top. are your tires 17 rim and would you seperate?

x2. The best part about discount is that they'll match other companies' prices. Tirecrawler.com has some pretty crazy tire prices. I usually get Discount to match Tirecrawler's prices.

Unless someone is willing to beat the price, I'll give my business to the company that had the lower price in the first place. Matching prices is just lazy IMO.
