Hey, I've been checkin' out a lot of the threads. Tons of good info here. I'm somewhat new to the wheelin' scene and a lot of the comments/opinions have helped me decide what kind of lift/tires to throw on. I run a '05 Unlimited that's stock (except for the steering box skid, pretty sad huh?). It's my DD so I won't be getting too out of control, but I'm getting sick of not being able to take it all over. Hopefully by this summer I'll be good to go.

We regret to inform you that you have been diagnosed with stage I 4 wheeling syndrome. There is no cure and it only gets worse.

Welcome. :D

Sir, step away from that credit card ... keep your hands in sight

I just paid off the credit cards (which means there is all sorts of room for bumpers, lifts, etc.). I'm lucky I have a couple of friends who know what they are doing and can show me how to throw everything on. I'm a girl who has always depended on Jiffy Lube, but not for much longer. :D Anyway, thanks for the welcome.

Great start!

You'll make even more friends here that will help out.

Guess I better start blowing up the thumbnails and looking at the pictures!

To be honest Timp, I don't know that blowing up the thumbnail would have helped you out any. ;) Thanks for all of you welcomes. I look forward to the day when it's too modified to be my daily.:)

Might I recommend doing what you may think is extreme now because in a few years you are going to want more you will have to do it all over again. It' cheaper in the long run. Also be sure to put your money towards functional goodies right now versus cosmetic ones. You may want it to look tough, but if it isn't functional it is all looks. If its functional it is tough and you will be happier. Good luck and welcome.
