so i just picked up my new to me trailer. 16x6 foot double axle trailer

has no deck and no lights also has the mobile home axles under it, went to get it today and found all wheel bearings are very loose so that is the first thing to take care of also found frame is a little flemsy to hold my yota on it so gotta plan for more support (good thing i have tons of i beam laying around) and a few other problems that need some help but a good start i guess for the $300 i spent.

just wondering if any of you have done stuff to your trailers that you loved and make it nicer to haul with?

You're all WEAK SAUCE!
I did the same thing, and then sold the mobile home axles for 100 bucks, and bought regular 3500 lb. trailer axles.

I'm into the trailer about 600-700 bucks with brakes and brand new axles and suspension. Not too bad in my opinion.

I still have rigged up temporary wiring, but it's getting there.

post up some pics of your progress, sounds like a fun project.
