Newbie clutch question

First clutch here. I've got the tranny and old clutch out from my 91 xj, and the flywheel is pretty bad. How do I get those damn flywheel bolts off without rotating engine? I got the pressure plate bolts off , but these don't budge, it just turns

big screwdriver or pry bar jammed in there between the flywheel teeth and the block. or an impact wrench.

how much are those flywheel holders? ya'll know what i'm talking about? makes it abit easier.
