Northern utah powder coating

Where are some good and reasonable powder coating places in northern utah? I have some bare metal rock sliders that need to get powder coated and would like to know where you like to go.

He also offers a special that if you want them black, and not in a rush he does a weekly batch at a really good price. That's in the vendor forum somewhere as well.

utah powdercoatings does great work. the more pieces you get powdercoated, the cheaper it gets, so if you can go in with some buddies it'll save you some $

How many pieces do you have? Maybe when my sliders come in we could take them up there

I have two pieces... one is a sheet of steel 30x12x3/8 and the other is the mount for my winch...

I would just use spray paint

no sense in spending money on something that is going to see that kind of abuse, touch up is easy. My .02

Q) Do parts need to be cleaned prior to bringing it to you, or is that part of the process?
A) We love this question! We have an awesome product called DuJel. Dubois Chemicals has developed this product that is essentially an acid based cleaner, but in a gel form. The gel acts to hold the cleaner on the metal while it goes to work. We will have NO problem removing that rust in a matter of minutes. Be sure to watch the video at the bottom of the DuJel page.

I used Smart Powder Coating in Brigham City a few years ago and I was not impressed. The sand blasted and powder coated a bumper, grill guard and roll bar and all started to pit and develop rust spots in 2 years.

My dirt bike frame just came back from CVC in Cache Valley and looks incredible. The prep work and zinc coating really paid off and I'd recommend them to anyone.
