October 6th for Cone Dodging 101 at the Delta Proving Grounds

October 6th is the date for Cone Dodging 101 in Delta at the Proving Grounds. Please bring all your friends that might be considering entering next spring into the 2013 competition (May 9-12). A rig is not manditory for class, but you will have more fun if you bring one because all courses will be open for driving. Class starts at 11:00 AM and includes:

1. Read the rules
2. Rig prep
3. Spotting basics
4. Dodge the cone
5. Shoot the vert
6. How to win
7. How to judge
8. Comments

This class is free. Bring your helmets and all safety gear plus your spotting ropes and poles, and a copy of the rules. I anticipate a great time for all participants.

For those coming to the cone dodging class on Oct 6th, We will be holding the Wild West Modified All Star race on both Fri and Sat nights at the fairground oval dirt track. This will some of the best racing in the state and you can rock crawl all day and watch racing at night. Plan on coming and camping at the fairgrounds and have a great time. I will try to get discount ticket for the race if anyone is interested

I have two courses set up for today, Oct. 6. We will go over everything that is listed above. The remainder of the day the course is open. You must have your helmets and working seat belts to use the course. See you there!
