There is a really cool company that builds them up in Oregon. They build them pretty cheap and it based on a toyota chassis. Hang on a sec and i will get you the linky

that buggy is pretty sweet. i like the looks of it and the wheelbase especially. how long do you think it is?

if i was to buy it i might as well have built my own rig anyway because i don't like the yota axles especially with 5.29s
and i would put 60s under it and take out the 22r prolly.

so it would be almost pointless.

way sweeeet rig though, the beer keg propane tank in the back is bad@ss

my main questions about one seaters is how do they rig up the tranny and t-case linkage underneath the seat????
imagine running a manual and dual cases... how do you shift????

the shaffer off road diablo 2 is like 1800 bucks or something.

it would be cool to buy one and then make a duplicate or two a little bit different from it... make one for all your friends :D

No, that wouldn't be cool.... if your going through all the effort to build a custom chassis... be original.. sure some ideas are worth copying, but not to the extent of buying one to "duplicate"

no i wouldn't buy it just to duplicate it at all. that is stealing. but getting ideas from someone elses rig is not.
i am interested in the basic dimensions of the rig and i would probably want to change it, thats all

Why Not.....!!!!!
People and shops do it all the time...
Look around

I started a thread on here about two years ago about Why people would buy a 20 buck cheaper part from a huge copy cat then the guy that actually slaved and lost money (tooling) to build the best one of the bunch.....

Wanna guess the results!!!!!!!
