interesting, that must have changed in the last year, I know when you used to try and get home values from the various sites Utah was always one of the few excluded because they weren't public. That's nice to have now though

FWIW, it's showing it's worth about what I'm thinking it is (somewhat conservatively).

Well, that's the approach to the barn. That will redo my driveway, build an 'RV' pad, build an approach (will double as a patio/basketball court/etc.) to the 'shed/garage', and give me a parking place for the trailer and a floor for the 'shed/garage' (I need to check my local code, but I want it to be about 24x30).

I got told $120 by a neighbor that's a GC.
I'm thinking that price includes labor.

Yeah, the ones they use once a day. I think that's working in my favor with the zoning.
