Opinions Please on 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee

I am looking at a 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee has a little over 120K looks and drives ok, has a 3.7L V6 with Auto Trans. What issues will I have with this if I decide to purchase.? Opinions on buying this as a DD.

The v6 transfer case doesn't have low range. Likely won't matter for a DD but something to note if you do plan to use it occasionally offroad
