Well...

I finally decided that it was time for an upgrade to my trusty RZR 800.

It had everything you could do to it and it still wasn't quite enough...
Turbo, Long travel suspension , aftermarket cage and seats and the list goes on...

Heres a pic to remember her by... I put it on KSL and it sold in less than 24 hours...( I must not have asked enough...lol )

Heres a teaser of the build to come... Don't mind the little dirty garage in the back ground....

I only bought the 4 seater because I wanted the longer wheelbase.

It going to end up a 2 seater as well.

Hopefully construction on the new cage will start Mon morning....

Yes. Beers need to be consumed...lol

Not much progress today...

I lost all my fingerprints de-stickering it.
It has now been dropped off to get the new custom cage built...

My debit card hasn't melted quite yet so Ill get to ordering everything else needed...

Getting closer.
Cage mostly tacked together.
Gave it the final OK to finish her all up.
Height is right about 12" shorter than the stock cage.
Looking pretty bad ass so far....

Should have completed fab pics tomorrow or Tuesday. Then the fun starts....

TBKustom is doing the 2 seat style cage.
If it looks stupid its because he built what I asked for...lol
Travis is local to me and does a good job.

I got to drive a 1K at the dunes on Easter for a bit.

These 1K's are beasts. Way better suspension stock than my LT on the 800 even after tons of time valving the Kings etc....

I took the brand new one out of the trailer from the dealer and ran it down a rutted up dirt road out west of my house....At over 80MPH bone stock.

I cant wait to see what it will do with all the new parts from Walker Evans Racing...

Just about all my parts are here so as soon as I get it home I can get going on everything else...

Im already in this one as much or more than the old one and that one got out of hand...

My Debit card is gonna melt and I still don't have a decent set of dirt tires and wheels yet...

Ughhh...
I HATE WIRING !!

I spent all afternoon finishing up all the welding etc...

Got the 40" lightbar mounted, the rear lights mounted, the Parker Pumper mounted, whip tabs, Siren speaker and controller, switches, GPS..... and the list goes on...

Now I have to hook all this crap up...

I still haven't got the Shocks re-valved and half the body is still off.....

Its gonna be a miracle if this thing is ready to go by Memorial...

At least I have the next 2 days off to work on it...

I went to the dunes yesterday and saw some of these 1000's for the first time in person. They truly are amazing. I think Polaris needs to make their two-seaters wheelbase somewhere between what it is now, and the 4 seater's WB. Rzr 4 is just too long, and the two isn't long enough.

Cage is sweet and I know your going 2 seats, but why give up the ability to use all 4 seats if you wanted down the road with the short rear cage?

I don't want to end up being the Dune taxi. If you've got 4 seats someone is gonna want to fill them up...lol
I really wanted a 2 seater with the longer wheelbase.

Mostly it is just what I wanted...
