i fix printers and its cheaper to get them printed at smiths or walmart or wallgreens. but if u dont like to wait i prefer canon cuz there warranty is a ton better.

havnt had to fix th is one either. for photos make sure you get the ones with

cyan, photo cyan, black, magenta, photo magenta, yellow

it makes the skins tones a lot better.

if u dont need the all in one then stay under 150 bux cuz all inkjets are considered throw away items after the warranty expires.

also your printhead will last a lot longer if you do not use recycled ink because it sucks. dont use island inkjet in the mall either. i had a lady that used them and they would back up the cartridge and it ruined the printhead and they wouldnt pay for it.

but out office does the warranty work on canon compared to hp where you ship it to them and use your money and they ship you a refub back to you.

The wifee started her own digital scrapbooking company, she prints stuff off like a mad woman. She has an Epson Stylus Photo 925 that she has been really happy with. It is a little older but very similar to this one

Ink costs about $1 per 8.5 x 11 sheet. Not sure what others are but she is very happy with the quality she gets.

I have an Olympus P-400 dye sub printer. It puts a 20 year UV coating on the pictures but I never use it anymore, It's cheaper to print online. I like to use Mpix they have killer quality and I print quite a few pictures on metalic paper.

Lets just say that the pictures I printed off of the negitive are flat out amazing, better than the ones that came in the pack from the store.

That's great info,I looked @ the dye sub, and they look like they give the best quality pics but yea it's cheaper @ wally world. looks like it'll be the cannon.
