While I love to go jeeping, I don't usually enjoy working in the garage. Yesterday, my husband (Rusted) encouraged me to try cutting some 3/16 inch steel with a plasma cutter. Oh my! That was so cool! I love that tool! I liked it enough that he let me goof around with some scrap metal for a while. I put a girly spin on it and made this love note Please don't ban me Rusted.

While I had my camera I decided to take some pictures of him welding under the jeep. I love how these pictures turned out. I think the lighting is so cool. I think he should invite me on one of his field trips to take pictures someday

Tell him to bring you to BHR next time he visits. If you like the hand-held plasma cutter, you'll dig the computer controlled version. We'll cut you out some gay rainbows or unicorns (kinda disturbing, but its been done before...).

I saw some similarly done on my big redneck wedding on CMT the other day.. i was impressed with the way they turned out, I didn't tell if yours were, but the cowboy fabricator there used barbed wire for the stem.. was very cool.

I was taught how to make these in my metal scuplting class few years back, my wife put it one on the shelf in the living room and I ended up making five more for her friends
