Take out a loan against it. Just do it, and by doing this you would be helping our current economy.;)

LT.

Its probably a good thing that its Sunday and my bank is closed. Seriously this thing is awesome on so many levels.

I can't... no really... I just can't do it... I'm going to hide in the corner and cry now :(

If that thing goes for under $30k I'd be very surprised. Bone stock 404's in decent condition are going for $13k.

Try an offer of trade + cash and who knows?!

Mogs are very cool, I'd love to own one some day. How ever have you seen how practical or more appropriate impractical they are on the highway in most forms? 45-55 mph can be very frustrating. Eric (RME member) has probably done more than most with his Unimog and last I remember he was using a Freightliner to tow it to the trails, even with a turbo-diesel it just wasn't comfortable on the highway.

Point taken. I don't mind slow at all. And in a Mog you can get away with that, but when your driving a ridiculously ugly Hilux with a 20R people aren't that understanding

The 404's and 406's are pretty bare bones. As much as this one appeals to me I've always had my heart set on a U1200 doka... one day :-\
