I used Powder Keg to do my frame and frame brackets. Total price was much less than I expected at ~$500 for all of it!

utah powder coat quoted me 395 to chemically strip then powder coat new wheels...

If my oven was big enough to do wheels id do it for way less. Unfortunately I haven't built my larger oven yet.

If you have anything smaller than 14x16x16 I can coat it most any color you want. I even have flat black on hand.

This seems high to me, my frame was sandblasted and powder coated for that much.
