power steering box?

I recently bought a project jeep that doesnt have a steering box. This jeep has a 302 out of a 94 ford f150. My question is what steering box will work best, a jeep box or should i get an f150 box? I'm running 38s will the f150 give me more turning power? Thanks much

get a Scout box. They are easy to mount and easy to tap for hydro assist.

Or get a Wagoneer box. Slightly easier to source at the yard.

Depends on the jeep. The hot low-buck ticket for wrangler owners is to swap in a durango snowplow box.

Ive seen firsthand a Durango box get fried turning 39s

The durango has a quicker ratio. If he's adding an assist (who wouldn't with >37) the higher ratio would be perfect.

I was going to run this combo, but opted for the PSC rockcrawler box and pump instead.
