I have one in the works, Im came out of an old Toyota radiator, IIRC it has 5 rows and around 1.5' long and about 2"square. Im planning on mounting mine under the winch on the FJ40.
I can get a pic if you wish.
Good luck

I have a Tru-Cool for the tranny and an identical unit for the power steering. It is a stacked plate design. It is the second largest and added nearly a quart of fluid. I mounted it on the outside if the radiator on my 4Runner. It's about 10x8...yes, overkill. I've seen Ford Super Duty coolers used and they seem to work well, probably 5 or 6 rows 8x4.

i beleive mine is also a tranny cooler, mounted in the grill, i also run a ram on the cruza so i opted for the tranny one.

I use a tranny cooler for the steering on the toyota (hydro assist).
However for the buggy (full hydro) I got this.....

Anyone know some definitive specs on PS fluid? Like when it is getting too hot? Mine seems to run fine, though if I'm working it really hard I get a bit of fluid foaming? out the top of my canned ham reservoir. A PS cooler would probably be a good idea... I'll have to measure the temps of my fluid for comparison.

Looks like about the same thing, only $8 cheaper.
I think they look nice, but I'm not sure that it has the fluid volume of a tranny cooler. But I sure that it will work fine.

But do they work as good as they say they do? I haven't bought it because I've been afraid they don't work as good as they look. ...and I'm lazy ;)

I ran a tranny cooler for the PS on the freak and it solved serious heat issues (previously melted two pumps). I'm gonna run the same thing on the Green...if I can figure out where to put it (no room...electric fans on the front and rear of the mepco radiator)
