Pre-purchase home inspections?

Is there anyone on rme that does pre-purchase home inspections? My fiancé and I are looking to buy our first house and we will need it inspected before we pull the trigger... Just wondering if anybody on here did that for a living? Any help is greatly appreciated!

Marty(roktaxi) does them but he lives in Moab. He may know someone up here though.

The guy that did our inspection was very thorough, he spent over 30 years in the HVAC business before he started doing inspections, so he knows what to look for. Most inspectors in Utah are useless flakes. PM me your name and number and I can give him your info if you'd like.
