Prenuptial Agreements

My mom & stepfather had a prenup. When he left her back in 1998 my mom still got the house and $50K even though the agreement was no contest 50/50. The reason the agreement was null/void was my mom's lawyer successfully argued that there was not a full disclosure of assets before the agreement was signed in 1979. A woman scorned with a good lawyer trumps any written agreement.

I believe that in our lifetimes, we will see marriage contracts similar to lease programs. It will come from CA of course.

Hey Man just do it! I think that she is a logical person and if things do go south the two of you would be able to work it out peacefully.

Besides last I heard she didn't want YOUR buggy.... she wanted her own!! lol
