so right now im very happy with how my suspension works.I have been thinking about dana 60s alot .. it would make swapping the 4.3 in easier.. and i could sell my yota stuf before i break my gears and such which i probably will with the added weight and hp. so im thinking of just saving up and swapping axles and motor at the same time.

My question is.. could i get away with not re doing my links?

i know its better to have the lower links really far out on the axles. how bad would it be it i left it how it was? so the links went clear out at the ends of the axle they could be in quite a bit.. would it give me tons of body roll?

How wide are the toyota axles again? 58-60"? If you think about it, you are realistically only gaining a few extra inches on each side of the axle so you might be ok running the same links. Mock it up and see what you end up with.

your only gaining a few inches. and as i can tell from your pic you have a sami, is that right? what size tire are you running? buy some longs for the front and a high pinion. and as light as the sami is. i doubt you will break anything for a long time. but 60's are 60's and are cool but heavy and it ends up being alot more money that you think to convert. but as for your links, it is tough to say without seeing what your working with. post up some pics.

right now i only have 37's but im swapping in a 4.3 and would like atleast a 39 and i think that much power and tire is pushing it on yota pinions. so thats why i want 60s and if im going to 60s might as well get 42s.. when i do this in a year goose is gona hook me up with his tires huh goose... :)
