Well got some work done over the weekend.

Motor mounts
Hydro all done
Rear 4 link all done
tranny ant t case in and X member built
Rear winch mounted

You did a great job on the mount for that rear winch. It's a bit late for this, but I like to double back with my winch line on those. It doubles the force and takes some of the impact off the little winches.

Dont worry there is some purple, and yes the rumor is true. I will have real beadlockers!!

yeah the 3 gal is for space in the back so i can have a cooler and stuff. Its also just a 22re so 3 gal will go along way. Also cuts down on weight. The frame is a 2x4 box frame that was built by Ben at ben hanks racing.

Cameras not working so ill have to get some pics up tomorrow. I got the steering shaft, wheel and disconnect all done and the new gages in. Looks sweet. I also got the radiator hoses ran and all the vacuum lines hooked back up. This weekend i think i will start to make my drivelines. Then its off to get all wired up thanks to Panos!

Ok so i got he bead-locks done today (look sweet). Got some of the floor and firewall done and rear floor in. I got some parts from summit also in:

Fuel cell
seat harnesses
Headman Header
all my bolts and nuts for panels and bead-locks

Header and fuel fit in perfect.

I do have one problem. On my air intake i am not sure if i have to use my mass air flow sensor. If so, i dont want to use my stock filter box. (Its huge) I bought a bendable air flow tube and a cone style air filter. Any ideas????

you have to use it. your computer needs to know how much air it is taking in so it can keep your air fuel ratio at a good ratio,combined with your O2 sensor ...you can drill and tap on your intake, with a little silicone to seal it, make sure you use sensor safe silicone it just dries faster

Sorry i haven't had ant posts for a while. Just working on it so late and going to work early no time to post. Its getting close only a few more things until i can go and try it out. Ok well i got my 16" racerunners yesterday thanks to notajeep. I ran my fuel lines and mounted my pump and filter. firewall and floor is all done and in. Harnesses in and mounted. Brake lines ran and master cylinders and pedals mounted. I got the bead-locks all mounted up.

This weekend it will be wired up and then from there its just drivelines, exhaust and its ready..

I rolled it out of the garage for the first time today. Got started on some of my panels. Got the rock lights mounted up and all my hard lines ran for the brakes and the hydro res mounted and fluid in( it turns)!!. O yeah and my girls MOUNTED!!!

Wow, the buggy looks great! You're making quick progress, good call on using a pre-build chassis. I'm sure that helped to speed up the assembly.
