ok so ive been waiting a long time to start this thing. my plans are for a 2 seat buggy. drive terrain will be a tbi 350, with a turbo 400. I would like to run a 203/205 doubler but use the 205 out of a ford so I can run a high pinion ford 60. the rear will either be a 14 bolt or a dana 70. suspension will either be coilovers or air shocks.

I have the tbi 350 but am in need of a lot more parts, so if you happen to have anything you would like to get rid of let me know. :)

I've been waiting to see what you had going.

Can I talk you out of doing the 203/205 though? I will if I can.....

Something else, naturally more expensive. Atlas, Atlas 4speed, Stak 2 or 3 speed. Any of them will be more compact (especially in length, which helps your rear driveline), lighter, and more straightforward shifting stuff. Plus they're more blingy. :)

That's not to say a 203/205 won't work, cuz they will.....they just aren't my favorite option.

i was thinking the same thing. if I did the doubler my wheel base would have to be around 118 to have a nice d-line angle. id like to be around 112-115 I think though anyways

Hey, I found you a sweet TBI diagram on BinderBulletin... now if I can find the link again... it's very straightforward and much easier to deal with than the factory manual.
