The above pic is at full shock extension. I ordered some limit straps, and set it down on its own suspension. 😎 The 300/300 springs compressed about 5.5". So that puts the sprung weight around 825 lbs per corner.

The hood doesn't quite close anymore, now that the coilovers are in there. The remote reservoir hoses are in the way--and the one without a 90 is REALLY in the way.

once you get the hood clearaced to fit around all that hardware - will you do something to reinforce the hood where you cut? I'm asking because it looks like you had to cut through 2 layers of metal.


Or will you just clean it up for paint?
