Yea its the team white trash pavement pounder. It is going to be a cab swap, build up on a budget pavement pounder. I'm going to borrow, steal, or get for next to nothing, to go from what you see here to a decent rig. It will have about 5inches suspention, 3inches body(came with the truck) 35"+ tires, bobbed bed, and rollbar / cage inside. And shiney rattlecan paint. Weither you want it or not I'm going to keep this $1000 budget builder updated on the board. I hope to have it built in two months. We will see. Rims just got bought for it $100
It currently has no motor, or motor mounts, suspention, front axle, Rear shackle mounts rear axle.
What I do have is the cab, front clip, bed, rear axle, chrome tube bumper, tranny/t-case, crossmember, one driveline(rear), grill and a few other things. not much.

the body isn't really rusty at all. The cab floor has some but the drivers side has been fixed and the pass. side has it removed.
The interior has almost no carnage to it. the dash has no real cracks or anything. This will be a nice rig soon.

I figure if I can stub the bed to just over 4feet then I can get two 75 gallon guys in the bed. but at 150 gallons and 750lbs I'd need some NWOR springs to handle the weight. But there my trailer springs so I wont do it. .....

As far as weither or not to buy said truck for said price. Its a personal desision. I just know I liked my buddies when I was done with it. Then he sold it.... :(

Ok no pics, but some updates in parts gathering....

I got a set of rear YJ RE 4.5" lift springs for the front yesterday 75$. These things have WAY more arch than my waggies on my trail rig. I will guess 6+" lift when on. Got some KC lights too. Price doesn't count for the truck cuz I dunno where I'll put em.

I'm going to build this project on my rust hole 80 DD. So free for the bace of the project. It has a clean running 20r that was sapoebly rebuilt 20k before I bought it. 5 speed. It doesn't have much else.

I have lying around these cool parts. In cab cage from a donor truck (rockbrat) so theres that for free.
I have most of a rockstomper x-over kit. I bought it for a friend 3years ago. He sold it back to me 2 years ago. I haven't been able to sell it..so.... I guess I have x-over. Need an all-pro kit for the box, pitman arm, and tierod ends.
I have a new brushguard for some mini, that will go on the front.
I have a chrome roll bar with 4 not so working lights on em for the truck, traided 1/4 eliptic for this so free.
Just bought a 110 mig off superjeeper? 150$ Now I can do the body work right. If you want to include this in the project price fine.
I have one 91 rear spring hanger and am finagiling a traid for the other, for the rear ZR2 springs to be aquired.
Traided out my 36's on my trail rig for the 40's. There are mt big tires and rims :D FREE
If I get a chance in the rain and snow, I'm going to get the body off the frame and start to reweld the bed together.
Then I gotz to get my blazer inspected so I can put my lift and x-over on my DD.
2months... no problems.... Just a couple buisy weekends at the end of it all.

ok this weekend I got to buy this beauty for $500

Then I made some room in my driveway by pulling the bed, cab and others off the frame then torched the frame into little pieces... :D

Now I'm trying to deside weither to pull the dash and stuff off and swap that to the new truck, or to do a full swap. I think wiring will be eisier with a parts swap. I Have NO idea what the cab of the beauty looks like though...

Funny you should ask. LIFE IS A PITA. The scrap cab got delayed in title hell. It ended in scrapping. Then three weeks later(saturday) I get the other truck from tracy thats going to become the builder. Well on the way home it throws a rod. Well so much for that. So I have everything but the steering and rear springs (96-2003 s-10 truck definetly) and no truck to put them on. THIS IS FUN.
Thanx for asking :D shows me you really care.

I'm now aiming twards either a runner or a 3rd gen truck. ho hum.

June was the last post... thats funny. Almost to the day.
Well I have moved out, taken on a 400$ project that is almost done for my ol lady (her runner is a 3 1/2 banger) and I desided it was time to tear into the TWTPP again. I had a lead on a 20r for 150$ but didn't really want a 20r. So I just this weekend bought a 22r from jeepin joe for $200. Took all weekend and got it put under the truck. It was california immisions, I desided to cut it all out and see what happens about turning it into a regular toyota im mess. It isn't running yet. the bobbed bed is close to finished. Now I just need to get the motor re-running and the 4speed all juiced up. THen I drive it small. Then I take a weekend to throw all the suspention in.... I guess I am back on track. So much for 2months...........

man this is FUNNY... well winter was cold and poor. Now it's spring I care again LOL.
I went a while ago and got the IM setup as the stock setup without all the california IM crap. it runs good. I need to either splice in the 22r alt to the trucks wiring or probably just put the 20r alt on the 22r motor. Put the 2inch body lift on it and the front cab corner saport buckets litterally fell out into my hand. GREAT, I still don't like this era. my DD blew a head gasket and hopefull will be sold. the 400$ project has weird electrical issues, and the flywheel is junk. I think I will try and sell it this weekend too. Just got a 88 v-6 runner with a rod knock for 400$. Gonna focus on that. my beast has been the DD again and it is leaking oil bad. I got to get that fixed too.
as for the TWTPP I am just gonna bluff the floor for now. I will do it right in a few months realistically. I don't think the cab would kink
It is on 33bfg at's now, but here is a funny. I chopped in the fenders , but this is without the body lift. Think it will rub?

This saying is for sure your motto:
I've heard you say this more than once twice or eight times...
Your junk still blocks the trail on rattle-con
