Jenn and I have eaten at just about every diner that serves breakfast in SLC (proper). Each has it good and bad, but all in all it's just eggs and bacon ETC. Nothing spectacular.
We kept reading that LFG was a great place for breakfast and decided to try it today. The food was rich, fresh, warm and best of all, the milk was served cold in a FROSTED MUG:cool: The service is what friendlier than you'd expect from a small diner and we never went without. Check it out if you want something good to start your day.

BTW. Try the raspberry pancakes.

I must concur with the gentleman at the top of the post. Left Fork Grill is now my favorite brekkie spot.

I had chorizo y eggos. It was just the right ratio of meat to eggs, and had the perfect amount of spice. Paired with some fantastically spiced potatoes, and it made my tummy very happy and very full.

Of course, my drink selection was a vintage Cabernet Dr. Pepper, which washes everything down like an angel's tongue bath.

I'm hungry....

I ate there once and my pancakes tated like onions and garlic. Worst pancakes I have ever had. Probably just forgot to clean off the griddle from cooking something else.

Debbie and Kristina took me there today after work :)
I had a tuna melt and fries ( real hand cut russet potatoe fries) and a piece of coconut cream pie. Debbie had meatloaf with a glass of wine and raspberry cream pie and Kristina had the Left fork cheeseburger and banana cream pie.
It was all great food and a nice old style cafe atmosphere.
Thanks Goat for the heads up. We will be going back again.
