Puch Pinzgauer Best Offer PRICE REDUCED 9,250 OBO
I have a 1972 Puch Pinzgauer 710M for sale 9,250 OBO. I have no idea how much the vehicle is worth! I payed 16,900 10 years ago and drove 10K. This is by far the best off-road vehicle I have ever driven. Used only during winter holiday, the vehicle was garaged, for the majority of my ownership, until 2010 in Driggs, ID. I have performed regular oil changes, a clutch over-hall, and replaced gaskets on the oil pan, and gear box. I have added a new speedometer and a red beacon for airport friendly use. The soft-top has no tears and all rubber for quick release is in good condition. Tires are aged but still hold a considerable amount of tread >60%. Currently trying to trouble shoot charging issue: Batteries loose charge at rate indicating inadequate charging. Currently the alternator tests with acceptable output, I have replaced the relay between alternator and battery, yet this has also not solved the problem. Blogs suggest an inline fuse that melts to prevent overcharge, could be the culprit. Aside from charge issue, which I have temporarily solved by using 24 volt aviation charger, a new blinker relay will be necessary to make street legal.
