pukeing 727 trans

At 35 mph or more, my trans. ( 727 ) starts pukeing fluid out the fill tube. This does not happen all the the time, but often enough to be a general pain in the ass. Once it starts puking, then it feels as though it is slipping. Open to an ideas......Thx

Trans overheating maybe?

Negative... It was cold off the trailer in the parking lot of the helldorados and before we got to the turn off for the trails it was already doing it??? Oh yeah and it only does it when it wants to, but its pretty consistant at speeds more than um 20 or so.
