I have never had even an ounce of overheating problems and I have run in some of the hottest slowest conditions in utah.
Put in the radiator I got you, run some autozone radiator flush, dont do a professional jobber. If you had a hole in your last radiator, that makes a huge difference....fluid under pressure can hold a lot more heat energy than fluid that is losing pressure due to a leak in the system.
YOU DON'T NEED A BLING RADIATOR FOR A 1.3L!!!
Aluminum block +
aluminum head +
aluminum radiator =
one heat dissapating machine!!!
go get a new thermostat, those things are highly overlooked when heat problems arise. I could start my zuk and let it idle in the middle of state street for a week and it wouldn't overheat just because it is straight!!
If you need help just say so, and we will wrench that thing and get it running without wasting money on a bling unnecessary radiator!!
