I didn't pay for my Ramsey but it has not worked hardly since I got it (brand new I might say).....

That also scares me of them breaking.....

Took the survey! That was kind of fun finally getting to tell them how much I have enjoyed near death experiences thanks to their crummy design/service.

I used to work at the only authorized Ramsey repair center west of the Mississippi River (Mepco).....saw a lot of crap go wrong, but I guess that is because every problem in the west came to us. I am not saying that I like the winches, but for how many are out there, there were very few problems.....

That is just my worthless jabbering though.
