ramsey fix

Anyone know where i can get a ramsey winch fixed. i think it has a short or something cause if it is hit with a hammer it might work sometimes.

Six States? I know they fix Warn, I assume they could patch together a Ramsey as well. That'd be a good place to start anyway.

Mepco used to do all the repair/warranty work on Ramsey winches. Dunno if Teraflex Plus does it now or not.

Do you dare taking it apart yourself? Ive taken apart a Warn 9500Ti and theyre surprisingly very simple, im sure the Ramsey is even simpler.

A lot of times Ramseys first problem for not working is where the controler plugs into the control box on the winch. Try pushing the button and wiggling the cord side to side where it goes in the box. I had to bungee cord controler plugs over to the side before for a temporary fix....
