No. It is in Utah, though.@Stephen is that near the reactor at the U?
Is it Granite Mountain records vault? What's your guess?
It is not.Is it Granite Mountain records vault?
right. i guess i should clarify....i didn't know that the dam was anything other than a pile of dirt and rocks. You can't just go into Deer Creek. I used to go in for work, but I believe you can call and schedule a tour.
Mostly it is but there is the power plant and some piping access.right. i guess i should clarify....i didn't know that the dam was anything other than a pile of dirt and rocks.
The real question is why you were seen in public with one of them........I am not going to say which one though.View attachment 141046
Anyone recognize these two Randos?
Yup, Flaming Gorge. No tours at the moment, but I have a connection . Pretty awesome to see all the inner workings. That second picture is a maintenance hatch on one of the pentstocks; the sound of the water rushing down it was deafening! The guy giving us the tour was the head of maintenance for the dam, and he said that every two years they have to go into the pentstocks and do rust mitigation. Man, you can't be claustrophobic for that gig!
We planned our matching outfits for that day.View attachment 141046
