My last two bosses didn’t talk to me for the several days leading up to my leaving. Neither of them wanted me to leave. Interesting that it was their bad attitudes that drove me out. Go figure.

My buddy sent me these pictures the other day. My very first jeep build. Probably 18 years ago. Wish I still had this CJ.

How it started, many years before I bought it, my cousin intended to build it, the frame was scrapped and that engine he still has. My frame was pulled out of a garbage pile in Greenville, Utah sometime in the late 1960s by my father and uncle.

It's still pretty wet around here. Yes, that is the recovery rig stuck too.

2 shovels, 4 4x6's and a couple of hours = We're good.

Well, we had to "import the MaxTrax" but the lava rocks and sage brush were definitely "locally sourced"

It was so deceiving, it looked totally dry in spots and an inch down it was nasty. Seriously, my son has another 4 Runner with 35's winch, lockers but it's a Unicorn, because it's currently broken.
