Thursday, right after a night shift a buddy and I headed out to the Snakes.

I took the '84 and he brought his '95 4Runner. His 4Runner is stock except for some unknown lift coils in the rear and a set on 32x11.50 BFG AT's, 5spd, 3.0.

He has never wheeled before but did a great job and I was really suprised by some of the lines he took!

The bug has bitten and he is now a U4WDA member!

Although I cautioned about not using WW, He was dead set on giving it a try...

The bumper was the only damage.

It was an awesome trip and really fun to show someone stuff they didn't know existed

It is good to get people new to the sport informed and cocious of what they do!

Yup, two clips for the battery and a chuck for the tire, hook it up and flip the switch. It's a nice little unit, I found them at Costco and there is a review here:

I'm stoked!!! I don't think I'd have use for a Powertank but this guy seems perfect. thanks for the links.
