His rig (a black XJ) is not shown in any of those pictures.

I was the one who organized this run. I did so in order to take my niece's husband on his first ever wheeling trip of any kind. Seriously, he has never been in any 4x4 vehicle, and I don't even think he's been on a graded gravel road.

As we left the staging area, I was in the lead. We took the first left toward Rattlesnake and crested a very small hill when he noticed a rock up ahead in the middle of the road. It was perhaps the size of a small laptop computer as far as length and width go, and it was only six inches tall at the very most. Nevertheless he pointed it out to me (literally, he pointed to it) and said, "dude--watch out for that big rock there!" I turned to look at him with a deadpan expression and replied, "Rock? That isn't even a pebble compared to what we're going to encounter." His eyes got about as big as salad plates, and all he said was, "wow."

That was when I knew it was going to be a fun run. :)

Lol that's cool. I haven't been to rattlesnake at all this year, but it looks like it was a fun trip.

I only took four photos, and they were all of Mark's white XJ taking the hard line through Rattlesnake's rock garden. Sorry I didn't get any pictures of you, Ryan. :(

Hey it is okay. The video that you talked about of the jeep in the mine shaft is still on YouTube. It is called jeep mine. It has the bee gees for background music.

:wtf: This makes me sad to hear, never been offroading. Not even a little? But, then makes me laugh at the rest.
