hahah no, but close
Somehow, I managed to nearly roll the Blazer on the first good batch of rocks on Rattlesnake.... driver's front was waaaaay up in the air. The rest of the trail went about like that hahahahah
Slick rocks, open diffs... hmmm. At the big stairstep, I nearly bounced my head through the roof, guess wheelbase makes a biiiiiig difference.
Kind of tippy all over the place, really, but I'm not used to the shortness yet. And I'm sure it's nowhere near as tippy as it felt, but we got some air under all four tires at one point or another.
Good times!!!
Anyway the Blazer did pretty well, but rubs like crazy in the back, like I knew it would. The new, un-burred and unkinked throttle cable and tranny cooler worked well, tires work great, and overall I'm pleased. I just can't get over what a crazy, crazy difference in the Blazer. Much tippier, much less stable than my pig Burb, but it's also waaaaay more nimble.
I like it!!
Wayne's World looked like someone was trying to make a nice Roman road at the bottom of it.
Nice work but damn, dont' drive an obstacle or anything sheesh
Ran it again w/Bodine and a group from Ogden that looked like they were having a good time: bunch of XJ's, one with a sweet soft top over the back. We all got out of there about the same time as the sun hahah
