I am rebuilding an old Warn 8274 winch and have found that the end drum support bracket bearing hole is worn out of round. The bushing that protects the aluminum from the steel drum must have worn out allowing the steel to take off some of the aluminum. Does anyone know of a place that could put a sleeve into the plate ? or should I buy a new end plate ? Or does anyone have a good used one they want to sell ?
