General Tech Recombination on a LED Light Bar Wiring Harness.

I bought a 50” double row LED bar and was looking for recommendations on a wire harness. The ones on amazon have very conflicting user reviews. Some say they are great, others say that almost burnt down their rig. Anyone have experience with a good wire harness that will work on a big bar?

Build your own. Get the proper sized wiring for you amperage draw and use a relay for the switch. You'll save money and it's relatively simple.

What Stratton said + add a fuse. It really is easy enough as long as you know the basics, and you won't have spools of extra wire to hide and tie up. The bad reviews on Amazon are going to be from people who should never touch anything electrical on a vehicle - almost guaranteed to be user error.
