Regearing prices

So I'm just doing some future planning here, but what is the going rate for an axle regear these days? Mainly the labor cost. $200 per axle or more like $600 per axle? In addition to the price of the gears.

A lot depends on what axles and what your doing, there is a install time but some axles are much quicker to set up and if your starting with fresh lockers...

I regeared recently, seems like $500/per axle is the going rate for the install alone.

ILean on here does gears & he's damn good, but he only works on axles out of the vehicle.

It would just be a D30 and a C8.25, and probably a Truetrac in the rear and an E-locker up front with 4.56 gears. I'll only run 33s on this cherokee and I think this setup will work well. I'm a ways off from diving into it and I just want to plan my budget.

We do Gear work almost daily, our going rate for axles in the Jeep is 300 bucks if you buy the parts from us as well we can be a little more flexible on the labor cost shoot us a message or give us a call and we can get you a definite price.
