too poor to wheel... :(

Today I tore my detroit locker apart so that I can grind the deep cuts down to a smoother surface. I took it all apart and cleaned it.
Tomorrow rain permitting I will be grinding it down with a flap wheel then cleaning it with brake cleaner before putting it all back together.
Next week the diff rebuild kit I ordered will be here and I can take it in and have all the bearings replaced. then put it all back together after cleaning the diff housing.
All this due to the yoke nut came loose and allowed my pinion shaft to float down and hit the detroit housing.
