I have a ton of pics here

Here's my quick and dirty report.
Blew in on a hot wind Thursday night.... with (much to the chagrin of the other ladies) my wife of all people.
James says, "Will you spot for my friend in Legends Class?"
"Sure!" I say.
Friday morning, I'm spotting for my new friend, Devon, the coolest dude over 65 at the comp.
He pulls his abused scrambler off the trailer with the stickers still on his new 40" BFG reds.
We watch
Jake get bellied on course #7
Our first course is flopping and driving out on course #1.
We got wedged in course #2 and had the Gradall recover us, What a rush for Devon to hang in the air from a Grad-All
and did well on courses 3 and negative points on course #4
Finished the day in Dead Last.
Rawlin. Jumps out of Course #7 and explodes his engine. First place for the day.
Shenanigans Friday night... somebody got told "Gravity is not a joke" in your best Apu' voice after a different person made a roof-to-pool gap. And later in true Delta fashon: some random townie goofed up his knee on the supermini bike.
Saturday we did well on course five. Fully rolled on our side on course #6 and apparently the old 304v8 doesn't mind being mostly upside-down because is started right up with no smoke after taking a dirt nap.
Mr. Parson is seriously my new best friend! He had the best attitude.
We turned it around big time and on #7 we got negative points and #8 we crushed into negative point land for an overall finish in the middle of the pack. Not bad for an oversized, super tall trail rig that I've never seen with the only driver in the pack qualifying for Social Security benefits. We only scored 12 points total all day. If we did that the first day we could have podium-ed.
Harper puts down a clean day and pulled the first place finish after a couple years of "almost." Great job homie!
For the rock race I hoped in the spotter seat for Ben in his tricked out Legends TJ.
We almost rolled it 3 times in 2wd on the timed qualifying lap.
Then in mad dash pulled out the win in heat #1 with a mid-air pass on the road gap next to Skyler: who has by far my favorite stock mod YJ that can jump 32ft and still go get groceries and be a DD.
After winning the coin toss in heat #3 we missed the shift at the start and tailed until the rock section, where we fully pulled a wheelie in the rocks and barely passed Dan. He put the pressure on us the next lap and a half but we got the Win! So excited!
Money pit was the new challenge and Harper busted his driveline trying to space-shuttle launch his YJ to the top. James, Casey and Robbie all hit the top but all hit two cones. Vicious Vic also hit the top but I think hit 3?
