Rhino Rally

Is there any truth to the Rumor that the rhino rally has been cancelled by the BLM in southern utah because of wet condition's. If so we need to get on the ball and allow the 200 registered bikes ride the rally. Any hints

I have no idea what Rhino Rally is, but if it is something that uses backcountry trails or roads then I agree with any postponement or cancellation to protect the land & prevent erosion. I know that the ground here around Moab is just about completely saturated, we nearly lost a dumptruck over an embankment today because the ground is too wet to support much weight near the edge. It hasn't rained nearly as much around here as it has in the St. George area, so I have to believe that any use of non paved roads or trails is extremely damaging to them around there right now.
