Well, it's not dead yet.....but I think that it's blown about all the oil seals in the block. I'd never seen my rear window suddenly get coated in oil on the freeway before.

• Reinforce the shock mounts.
• Find more spare shafts.

That'll work for now.


The Sami/Buggy project;

• Come up with a basic design idea.
• Continue gathering parts.
• Assemble a front 60.
• Much, much more.

Install new throttlebody with MegaSquirt computer/harness
Switch front radiu arms to 3 link
Install little winch to hold the rear down

I'd like to redo the front suspension on my Rubicon... Put in some coil overs and triangulate the front end.

If I get even more ambitious, I might lift the tub off the frame and redo the entire suspension and move everything above the frame rails and then drop back down to a 4.5" lift. <----I'm not that ambitious. I'd do it on a customers rig, but I hate working on my own.

But the first will most likely happen...

Rework the motor.
Gears front and rear, plus some sort of rear locker
1-1.5" more lift
Long arm the front
New rear springs (RE?)
New rear shocks
Fix the steering
Does tint the windows count?
