HAHHAA I drink 2-3 protein shakes a day and love them. I think its all about finding a brand and a flavor you like.

Sometimes when i dont feel like or have time for a 6 egg and chicken breast omelet I down this:
2 cups of skim milk
2 TB ground flax
TB Pysillium Husk
2 scoops protein powder (1 whey, 1 casein)
1 packet of instant plain oatmeal.
Ice water
Blend and drink. The stuff tastes like dessert. It has everything you need. Two sources or protein, Omega 3 fats, Complex and simple carbs, as well as 1/3rd of your daily fiber intake. This amount to roughly 600 calories.
BTW, I always fel weird eating a chicken breast omelet....should I?
